Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide from our headquarters in Casablanca, Morocco.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Standard delivery: 2-4 business days. Express delivery: 1-2 business days. Flat-rate standard shipping: 30 DH.

Standard delivery: 5-10 business days. Express delivery: 3-5 business days. Flat-rate standard shipping: 30 DH.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order in your account dashboard.

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Log into your account, select the order, and choose items to return. Print the prepaid return label and ship within 7 days.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

We offer free size exchanges. Select "Exchange" during the return process and we will ship the new size immediately.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional events may not be eligible for return. Check the product page for details.
